In her role as Associate General Counsel at Enbridge, North America’s largest energy infrastructure company, Ramona provides innovative, business-oriented and risk-based advice to various Business Units, Central Functions and project teams. Her broad legal experience includes Corporate Governance, Securities, ESG, Regulatory, Environmental and Indigenous law. She has advised on major energy infrastructure projects across Canada and works with senior leaders in the company and industry to advocate on key policy issues impacting the energy sector, including proposed ESG-related disclosure rules. Ramona has completed the Osgoode Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk & The Law and co-leads a corporate-wide ESG Disclosure Working Group.
