Regional Compliance Manager at Glencore

Ralph El-Haddad completed his studies in Operations Management at McGill University with ‎certifications in Project Management, Anti-Corruption, Anti Money Laundering as well as a ‎Six Sigma Greenbelt. With 9 years of experience in Compliance, Ralph began his career at ‎an aerospace multinational in project management, and then transitioned to the Ethics and ‎Compliance department two years later. He contributed to building and improving CAE’s ‎compliance program, including drafting policies and establishing processes and internal ‎controls. In 2018, Ralph moved to a leading engineering and construction firm where he ‎started as an Integrity Officer overlooking the Nuclear sector, and in summer 2019, he also ‎became the Regional Integrity Head for the US. This role entailed the effective ‎implementation and operationalization of the Integrity program across the US region across ‎multiple divisions of the business. In 2022, Ralph moved to Glencore as a Regional ‎Compliance Manager for North America with the task of ensuring that Glencore’s Compliance ‎program is rolled out to all of Glencore’s assets across the continent.‎
