Chris Goodwin-Hudson

Founding Director, Watchman

Chris Goodwin-Hudson is founding director of Watchman Ltd, a specialist risk consultancy focussing on the intersect of security and human rights.

Chris delivers ESG guidance across the spectrum from board advisory to project-level quality assurance.  Recent assignments include  human rights due diligence in national parks across Central Africa and a study on artisanal gold mining in West Africa. His connection to the continent began whilst working for the Aga Khan Development Network where his responsibilities included development of community acceptance strategy for commercial and philanthropic activities in East Africa.

Previously Chris spent four years at Goldman Sachs supporting finance executives and transactions across EMEA. Chris began his career in the British Army and has an MPhil in ethnography.
