Group Executive and Group General Counsel
Parisha is a Group Executive and the Group General Counsel at Reach Plc, Britain’s biggest newspaper, magazine and digital publisher. Joining in October 2020, Parisha sits on the Executive Committee and has responsibility and oversight for all legal, governance and risk matters including data protection. Most recently Parisha has held the roles of Group General Counsel & Head of Governance at Octopus Investments, as Global General Counsel and member of the Executive Committee at First Sentier Investments as well as member of the Member of the Group Corporate Affairs’ Leadership Team at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Parisha initially qualified as a solicitor at city law firm Fieldfisher, holds an MBA from London Business School, is a Fellow of the RSA and in 2016, was shortlisted in the business category for the Asian Women of Achievement Awards.
