Global and US Sports Practice Leader
Pete Giorgio is the leader of Deloitte’s Sports practice. He helps a variety of leagues, teams, and governing bodies in areas including customer strategy, analytics, fan engagement/experience, growth strategy, innovation, technology, and organization excellence. His clients include the United States Olympic Committee, the National Basketball Association, the United States Golf Association, the National Women’s Soccer League, the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympics Games, and the United State Tennis Association. Pete joined Deloitte after spending time with multiple IT strategy and development consulting firms as well as the U.S. Air Force. Pete earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Amherst College where he was a four year varsity basketball player. Pete spends his “spare” time coaching youth basketball, fishing, cooking, pretending to still be competitive in various men’s basketball leagues, and digging holes in golf courses with his four iron.
