Middle East Disputes Client Conference

Mitigate disputes, harness opportunities and manage risk
January 26, The Address Hotel, Dubai Mall
The world has seen significant changes to the litigation landscape in recent years, from the increasing formalisation of regulatory regimes, economic uncertainty, major developments in arbitration, and procedural changes as a result of the post-COVID-19 era; to the emergence of innovative solutions to the resolution of disputes such as litigation funding and legal technology. It is important that regional in-house counsel are alive to these changes in order to respond to risk and maximise opportunities. This half-day conference (which will be held in-person at the Address Hotel, Dubai Mall) will bring together in-house counsel and other senior legal representatives from across the GCC to discuss:
  • Key legal, commercial and regulatory developments;
  • Horizon scanning for 2023; and
  • Industry trends to be aware of to manage and mitigate disputes across all key sectors.
We would be delighted if you are able to join us for the conference and networking drinks. Places are limited – to join, please RSVP here.
