Ed Marlow is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank focused on Sub-Saharan Africa. Previously he was the Head of Sub-Saharan Africa For Credit Suisse and prior to that Global Head of Coverage for Principal Investments at HSBC, having also founded and led HSBC’s African Principal Investments Business. He has worked and travelled in Africa for more than 30 years and has over 22 years of specific Debt, Investment and Advisory experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. During his career, Ed has also worked for Insinger De Beaufort, UBS and Citigroup. An ex British Infantry Officer, he has an MBA from Cranfield University, a PGDip Law from the University of Northumbria, a BA from Manchester University and is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College and RMA Sandhurst
